My "Delicious" Pfaltzgraff In The Breakfast Room

I have always loved anything made by pfaltzgraff. I have 3 complete different sets of pfaltzgraff. I have "Yorktowne" which I purchased 26 years ago shortly after getting married. "Yorktowne" has been my everyday dishes since then. I have the white "Heritage" which goes with anything. And I have "Delicious" which I have featured today in my tablescape.

I love the apples and cherries pattern.

I was sorry to see the pfaltzgraff outlet stores close down. They always had very pretty and interesting items. I now have to order from their website. I miss the "hands on" experience.

"Delicious" Dinnerware- Pfaltzgraff

Table runner and placemats- I made them with fabric from Joann's

Spring Charm Silver flatware- Wiliam Rogers & Co circa 1950's

Red Check apples- I made them about 20 years ago when I was completely into primitive country

I am linking up to Tablescape Thursday at Between Naps On The Porch

WOW Deb! I had to enlarge each and every picture because they were all so gorgeous! You have an amazing kitchen. I would never leave that room! I love the color scheme of yellow walls, black hutch and green and white dishes. The tablescape blew me away though. So bright and cheerful. I especially love those placemats!!!! Wonderfully delightful!

Love the dishes - I've never seen them before. The everyday silver is beautiful. I have my parents silver everyday and enjoy using it sometimes. Dropping by from BNOTP.

This is so pretty! I did not know about the store's closing. I inherited my mother's Yorktowne. You red is great -- I love anything red.

That looks wonderful! I love your hutch too!
I have a few pieces of that..I have another set of apple dishes I use with it in the Fall when I do my Teacher's Luncheon.
I miss the stores too. I used to go to the Outlet and Clearance center which was next door every week. I got fabulous deals there..plates for 26 cents, etc. I use the things I got a lot in my TTH posts..
Your table is just delicious!

You have a great eye for color and a tremendous talent for putting it all together! What a great table!

Is that not Noritake Pursuit that I see in the background? It's my favorite pattern.

I keep going back to your table. I don't want to leave!

I am a Pfaltzgraff girl too! My first pattern was "Folk Art" (which you can see in the cabinet in the Keaton Family's kitchen on Family Ties). With 5 small children, we eventually broke ALL the plates - I then sold all my serving pieces on Ebay (wish I could take that back!). My everyday pattern is Tea Rose and I also have the discontinued Christmas Heritage. I, too, am so disappointed they have closed the outlet stores. I have collected so many bits and pieces over the years of different sets. You really do need to fall in love with them on the spot.

Your tablesettings are gorgeous and your table is scrumptious! The apples in your centerpiece are the perfect touch.

I came by, from Welcome Wagon Friday at 'Cozy Little House' blog.

Noticed that you fly. :-) We used to, before my husband's eye sight kinda' gave out in one eye. [Hard to judge Final, when your depth vision is no longer correct. -le sigh-]

We had a little Cessna then. He had learned to fly and I had taken lessons and it was such fun.... 8424 LIMA ~ our call letters. I'll never forget.

Enjoy your flying! Perhaps a little more, for me... Who is no longer 'up there.' :-)

Gentle hugs,
'Aunt Amelia'
